What key challenges did you need help with before you started using Genio?
Christine Paige: Hi, my name is Christine Paige and I study at Palomar College. This is my first semester actually using Genio. Well, one of the challenges that I had before it was basically saving time on my study because it really helps a lot. I'm a single parent. I also work and I also volunteer. So to have notes on something that basically is actually being discussed in the class is really helpful.
How has Genio helped you with those challenges and impacted your learning experience?
Christine Paige: Genio Notes have been great for me. My grades are good. I haven't been in school in 15 years. I have a disability, hard time sometimes concentrating. My note taking is horrible. And without the Genio, I don't even think I would be able to have the grades that I have now. Not only that, the quiz that they also give you with the the recordings of the notes that were given in class, it also helps a lot as well. And it's less stressful. I don't have a lot of stress. At first it was hard for me to use Genio trying to figure out, yes, I just took the class, now it's on paper, but how do I apply it? It only took one time. After one class, I knew exactly how to study and I knew exactly what to do. Genio, good job.
