What key challenges did you need help with before you started using Genio?
Ava : Hi, my name is Ava and I currently study at Northwestern University. I've been using Genio Notes for 11 weeks now, so almost this entire quarter. I have ADHD, attention deficit hyperactivity disorder. So, I do require accessibility accommodations, and I do struggle with focusing overall. Specifically with note taking, using my time effectively to study said notes, and taking tests.
How has Genio helped you with those challenges and impacted your learning experience?
Ava : So Genio has been extremely effective in keeping me focused in lecture with note taking, if I ever feel like I do zone out and lose my focus, Genio has all my lectures recorded and transcribed, and I can even have Genio create a summary for me and these transcriptions and summaries have been very helpful with my studying. So I have been doing a lot better on tests, which have made my grades a lot better. I feel more confident when I walk into an exam because I know that my notes were taken well and organized, and I efficiently studied those notes all thanks to Genio.
