What key challenges did you need help with before you started using Genio?
Autumn Croft: When taking notes in class, I would often realize the professor often was moving way too fast. I often didn't know what was going on, so it's actually nice to sit down, record and go back over through what the professor might have said. You can import the slides and add little notes on the slides that, you know, you might be thinking at the time that might make sense, you can even mark where they go. I don't know, my brain just gets scrambled. One of the things is I would just often forget what even happened.
How has Genio helped you with those challenges and impacted your learning experience?
Autumn Croft: Genio has been pretty useful because as I said in the last one, I apologize, I kind of jumped ahead. It allows me to record and go back and put all of these little notes wherever I might need it. It helps me remember what's been said, what's not been said. It just basically allows me to go over the entire lecture. And just really, really just remember what has been said, what has been done, what needs to be done, what needs to be studied, what I can mark that needs to be reviewed. I can make little tiny notes to help me remember, oh, this is going to equal to that, and it has just really helped me take better notes.
