What key challenges did you need help with before you started using Genio?

Aquena Frazier : Hi, my name is Aquena. And before Genio, I think the challenging part was trying to focus on taking notes and paying attention at the same time. If I'm taking notes, then I'm missing slides. So I think that was the most challenging part for me.
