What key challenges did you need help with before you started using Genio (formerly Glean)?
Zachary Wolfe: Hello, my name is Zachary Wolfe, and I've been studying with Glean for about 2 years now. And I will say that it has really helped with my studying, and overall it's really helped me because I'm autistic and I have an auditory processing disorder, so it's really, really nice to have, to record my lectures while I'm in the lecture hall and focus on the slides that they're presenting, and then stop recording after the lecture, and then look at the transcript. So I'm really thankful for that.
How has Genio (formerly Glean) helped you with those challenges and impacted your learning experience?
Zachary Wolfe: Before I started using Glean, I got blisters on my hand from taking notes and I take a lot of notes and I realized that the notes that I was taking wasn't really that helpful. And with Glean, I can record everything and have a bunch of notes without having blisters on my hands and Also, I write really slow compared to other people, so it's just overall really, really helpful, and my stress levels have have definitely gone down. My confidence with studying has gone up a lot. Glean is really helpful with organizing my notes, so it doesn't take as long to do that now.
