When you first started using Glean, what were the key challenges you wanted help with?
Yvette Gonzalez: Hi my name is Yvette Gonzalez. I attend at EPC Community College. My major is Child Development and. I went up to CSD office and asked, "do you have a device for me I can use to take down notes" and they offered me Glean. Glean is a very good device, tool to use. It takes down notes and it writes down whatever the professors are talking about. After it's done taking down all the notes, it will do a quiz game for you to take, and it's a very awesome tool for any student who has a disability, who doesn't know how to write or read. It's an awesome tool. It helped me a lot and I started using Glean 2022 in my first year of college.
How has Glean impacted your learning experience and how quickly did you notice this impact?
Yvette Gonzalez: It helped me so much because when I don't have a note taker in a class, this is my backup, but I still use it when my note taker is in the class cause I could see what the professors are talking. All the words on the device I'm using now. I started using this device 2022. It's very awesome and I love it.
Would you recommend Glean to other students?
Yvette Gonzalez: Well, I'd advise anyone who has trouble reading or has trouble taking notes. Ask for this, it would help a lot.
