What key challenges did you need help with before you started using Genio (formerly Glean)?
Vivian McCardle: Hi, I'm Vivian and I've been using Glean for 4 semesters, and it's helped me incredibly with my studies, especially in areas where I forget those golden lines that aren't in the text and those numbers that you need to write papers or work on your math studies. It's been really helpful, especially the transcribed portion because then I don't have to just listen to it. I can see the information, the key information that I need to pass my classes and write great papers. So I really encourage people to use it because it's a great tool. Bye!
How has Genio (formerly Glean) helped you with those challenges and impacted your learning experience?
Vivian McCardle: Hi, I've been using Glean for a lot of different challenges, mainly because I don't retain some of the information that's being presented or the lecture that's being given. Also, it's increased my grade level by at least one in my weakest classes. I encourage people to use it. I enjoy using it because I feel confident that I can sit and relax and listen to the professor and not worry about jotting down keynotes and then missing really important parts of the class lecture. So I encourage everyone to use it.
