What key challenges did you need help with before you started using Genio (formerly Glean)?
Russell Kamerow: It's been significantly helpful. I have a vision disorder and being able to hear what the professor was saying while I took my notes is excellent because I can't look at her and do it all at the same time.
How has Genio (formerly Glean) helped you with those challenges and impacted your learning experience?
Russell Kamerow: I think it's gonna be helpful for any student, disability or not. I think it's an amazing program and it incorporates everything you want, like looking at the PowerPoint and notes and you're writing your notes, but also if you can import things and being able to rehear the lecture is amazing.
