What key challenges did you need help with before you started using Genio (formerly Glean)?
Regal Noye: Hello, my name is Regal Noye. I'm a student at Eastern University, and I've been using Glean for a few months. I decided to use it because my accommodations representative invited me to it. And it's so much easier to study. That way, I don't have to worry about taking notes and listening to the lecture at the same time. When it comes to exams, all I have to do is take the quizzes from the class recordings leading up to the exam.
How has Genio (formerly Glean) helped you with those challenges and impacted your learning experience?
Regal Noye: Before I started using Glean. All my notes were rather messy/ Now, When that I do. They're much neater because. Of all the color coding. And headings and all those things that the application uses so that's what I'm gonna do from now on.
Would you recommend Genio (formerly Glean) to other students?
Regal Noye: I definitely would recommend Glean to other students based on my experience.
