What key challenges did you need help with before you started using Genio (formerly Glean)?
Odette Lichaa: I was facing issues around note taking and understanding what notes were important to take. I felt like I was just kind of taking a little bit of everything down, whereas now with the AI outline in Glean, it's been really helpful to kind of just jump to the points in my notes that are important. Also the transcript is super helpful because I feel like when I'm actually note taking in class, and I'm like manually typing it out, I feel like I'm missing points that I feel are important while still typing out the previous points. So this helps me, Glean helps me out to not have to worry about typing every single thing down and then also just having the AI outline to help me out.
How has Genio (formerly Glean) helped you with those challenges and impacted your learning experience?
Odette Lichaa: Glean has been amazing. It's helped me out such an amazing amount, and it's helped me improve my grades in a substantial amount. And like I said in the previous video, the transcripts are amazing, a lifesaver. Not having to worry about still being typing and hearing a point, not being able to type fast enough. And also with the AI outlines, it's just made revising a whole deal faster and I'm just so grateful to Glean to help me out and. I wish I found this sooner.
