What key challenges did you need help with before you started using Genio (formerly Glean)?
Maelee Sheehan: I'll be honest, high school didn't prepare me for college at all. I was not prepped for the amount of note taking, the amount of the speed they went they just kind of gave me everything on a platter. It just didn't help prepare me for this at all.
Maelee Sheehan: Taking notes is very difficult for me. I write very slow, So I can never ever finish my notes whenever he's talking, and I type a lot faster than I do write, so it's been very, very helpful.
How has Genio (formerly Glean) helped you with those challenges and impacted your learning experience?
Maelee Sheehan: Glean has definitely increased my confidence, definitely a lot, I don't feel as stressed about taking notes anymore.
