What key challenges did you need help with before you started using Genio?
Mackenzie Hamilton: Before I used Genio, I never remembered what my teachers and professors said during the lessons and lectures, and I always struggled to take notes and listen at the same time. It was really difficult to make sure that you retained all of the information that they were saying and writing it down and still listening while you're writing.
How has Genio helped you with those challenges and impacted your learning experience?
Mackenzie Hamilton: Genio makes it so you don't have to worry about listening to every single thing that your professor says. They listen for you and then you can transcribe the audio afterwards and make notes from it.
Mackenzie Hamilton: You can collect notes that were in real time and you don't have to worry about missing something really important that you wouldn't have known otherwise.
