What key challenges did you need help with before you started using Genio (formerly Glean)?

Lily Palmer: My name's Lily. I'm studying at Durham University and I've used Glean for about a year and a half. Before I started using Glean, I struggled with keeping up with the pace and making notes during classes in both secondary school and college.

How has Genio (formerly Glean) helped you with those challenges and impacted your learning experience?

Lily Palmer: Now I'm able to look back at lectures at uni, and this allows me to focus on the lectures during during them and then I can relisten to them and make notes after, if necessary.
