What key challenges did you need help with before you started using Genio (formerly Glean)?
Lily Bradbury: Hello. Before I started using Glean, I wanted a way to record university lectures both whilst I was in the class and whilst I was out of the class in case I had to leave the room for any reason, or in case I wasn't really feeling well or I couldn't focus properly at a given time.
How has Genio (formerly Glean) helped you with those challenges and impacted your learning experience?
Lily Bradbury: Glean has really helped give me peace of mind as I am able to leave it recording both whilst I'm in the university classroom and if I have to leave the classroom for any reason.
