What key challenges did you need help with before you started using Genio (formerly Glean)?
Khanh Linh Cao: My name is Linh. I'm learning in Sheffield Hallam University and I have been using Glean for 3 months. As an international student, my biggest challenge is that I have to learn everything in English. Before that, in Vietnam, I used everything in Vietnamese. That's why I feel it's difficulty in learning everything in English now. However, Glean helped me to overcome this perfectly, because I learned in the healthcare section. So I want to understand 100% what the teacher said in school. So, because I think it's very important if I've missed something important. And after I come back to the school, I can read everything what the teacher said, and I take note, it's helping a lot.
How has Genio (formerly Glean) helped you with those challenges and impacted your learning experience?
Khanh Linh Cao: I will tell you about how I use Glean every day, especially in the school. When I'm in the class, I will open my iPad, open Glean and start record everything in the class. After I come home, I read transcript, everything what the teacher said. And it takes me a lot of time to read everything carefully. My friend told me that. I take a lot of time for just one lesson and they are too lazy to do that. However, it's built my confidence that I don't miss any information. So I think it deserve my time. And not not only that, I love making TikTok videos and I used to make a video about Glean to recommend to other friends because I love Glean. Thank you.
