What key challenges did you need help with before you started using Genio (formerly Glean)?
Jody Leonard: Hi my name is Jody Leonard. I am studying at Harford Community College. I've been using Glean for 2 years, and the key challenges that I had before I started using Glean was note taking and being able to follow along with the slides and now using Glean, I can video record my professors.
How has Genio (formerly Glean) helped you with those challenges and impacted your learning experience?
Jody Leonard: Glean has helped me overcome my challenges by being able to video record my instructor's lessons and go back and listen to them. It has helped me with my grades, being able to go back and make study guides and review my notes.
