What key challenges did you need help with before you started using Genio (formerly Glean)?
Jessica Chaney: My name is Jessica Chaney. I'm studying at Utah Valley University in Utah. I have had glean for, I think 2 years now and I wish I had had it when I started school.
Jessica Chaney: I'm a disabled veteran and have many different problems with my memory and ADHD and anxiety, and Glean has helped me be able to record the classes and know exactly what was said. And it's been a great tool to have.
Would you recommend Genio (formerly Glean) to other students?
Jessica Chaney: I would definitely recommend and have already recommended Glean to several other students. And I think it can help pretty much any one.
