What key challenges did you need help with before you started using Genio (formerly Glean)?
Jessica: Hi, I'm Jessica, and I'm studying American Indian Studies. And some challenges I had before I started using the app is not being able to remember things that were presented in my classes, or being able to take notes fast enough while my professor was speaking.
How has Genio (formerly Glean) helped you with those challenges and impacted your learning experience?
Jessica: So the challenge of being able to one, remember what's being presented in my courses, and two, being able to write notes fast enough to make sure I get all the information for my courses - those are difficult. And trying to be successful, and get decent grades so I can get my degree, the app has helped because it records my lessons and then it changes them into transcripts, which can also be put into different categories. And it's just easier for me to go back if I need to, to see the notes.
