What key challenges did you need help with before you started using Genio (formerly Glean)?
Jelani Ashley: When I first started using Glean, I needed help with taking notes that were actually useful as far as when I took the test and notes that weren't just something I copied off the screen, but I didn't hear or I heard, but I didn't copy down.
How has Genio (formerly Glean) helped you with those challenges and impacted your learning experience?
Jelani Ashley: I noticed a change in my study skills almost instantly. The first semester I used it, that's for sure. I got straight A's, for the first time in my life.
Would you recommend Genio (formerly Glean) to other students?
Jelani Ashley: I would recommend Glean to the students that are struggling and want something that they can use to kind of help them in studying or just obtaining the information from the class. It's been so useful for me and I don't use anything else other than Glean.
