What key challenges did you need help with before you started using Genio (formerly Glean)?
Grace Balzanelli: It is amazing and I immediately noticed the impact. It's changing my life already, and I wish that I found this sooner.
Grace Balzanelli: I was less stressed than I usually am, and I also switched my study style this semester because of Glean because I switched from hurriedly taking notes with a pencil to just typing what I hear from him instead of trying to write everything down before the next slide, you know. And I can go through the transcripts like there's everything. If I miss something, I don't have to be worried that I'll forget it or anything, so like it has been extremely helpful like I have all of the information.
Would you recommend Genio (formerly Glean) to other students?
Grace Balzanelli: I would absolutely recommend Glean to other students. I wish that I started using Glean sooner.
