What key challenges did you need help with before you started using Genio (formerly Glean)?
Carson Macynski: Hello there, my name is Carson Macynski, and I am pleased to say that I have greatly benefited from using Glean during my college experience freshman year.
Carson Macynski: Key challenges that I was seeking to get help with involved not missing nitty gritty details of teacher lectures and being able to actually know I understood the curriculum and not just simply think I understood it.
Carson Macynski: The combination of being able to replay the lectures that were recorded on its audio recording system along with the fact I could type in my own notes and attach the professor's PowerPoint at the same time. It's really helped me a lot.
