When you first started using Glean, what were the key challenges you wanted help with?
Ava Novelli: I would say when I first started working with Glean, it really helped me to go back to audio lectures and get key points from those lectures. Because I have a hard time focusing, it really helped me be able to go back to those points in order for efficient studying and good good specific points my professors talked about. Recall - that was another good one, it just helped when I missed certain points that were made.
What key challenges did you need help with before you started using Genio (formerly Glean)?
Ava Novelli: I would say since I've had Glean, it has really helped with my grades and again, the studying, that was a big one. I'm able to go back to the transcript and find sufficient points that were made and be able to add those to a bullet point, and that was really helpful when gathering the important information or really looking back over my notes over something I missed or something the professor was going to use for later in terms of the test.
Would you recommend Genio (formerly Glean) to other students?
Ava Novelli: I would 100% recommend Glean to all other students, it has tremendously helped me when it has come to taking notes, giving me less anxiety, great for recall. I think it would be amazing if everyone had access to Glean and I would totally recommend it.
