What key challenges did you need help with before you started using Genio (formerly Glean)?
Ariana St. Onge: When I first started using Glean, the key challenges that I wanted help with, was like academic support. I wanted to be able to record lectures, so then I can go back on it and take better notes and to understand the course material better for the class.
How has Genio (formerly Glean) helped you with those challenges and impacted your learning experience?
Ariana St. Onge: Glean has impacted my learning experience in a better way. I have been able to take better notes and I've been able to understand the course material better for my lectures a little bit better.
Would you recommend Genio (formerly Glean) to other students?
Ariana St. Onge: Yes, I would recommend going to other students if it's harder for you to like write as the teacher is talking and it's hard for you to understand as they're talking because then you can go back and then read listen and then you can Google like what words mean sometimes.
