What key challenges did you need help with before you started using Genio (formerly Glean)?
Alona Hudson: When I first started using Glean, some of the key challenges that I really want to focus on, and have Glean help me with was my dyslexia. I had a hard time taking active notes while listening. So that is one really big thing that I really wanted to focus on.
How has Genio (formerly Glean) helped you with those challenges and impacted your learning experience?
Alona Hudson: Glean has really impacted my learning experience by being able to take notes easier and being able to actively listen during class without having to worry about taking notes. I really noticed this impact pretty fast, pretty much after the first semester, I saw that Glean was working.
Would you recommend Genio (formerly Glean) to other students?
Alona Hudson: I recommend Glean to just about anyone that asks what app I use to take notes with. I also recommend it to everyone who says they are registered with the disability services on my campus, since it is something we get for free if we are registered with them.
