What key challenges did you need help with before you started using Genio (formerly Glean)?
Alicia Martinez Ortuno: So before I start using Glean, one of my biggest challenges I faced was supporting students effectively during their classes. It was very difficult to ensure they fully understand what the professor was saying, especially with lectures that move quickly and cover complex materials.
How has Genio (formerly Glean) helped you with those challenges and impacted your learning experience?
Alicia Martinez Ortuno: So I use Glean as a tool to support students with disabilities, and one of my main responsibilities is supporting students by taking notes during the classes, and this tool has significantly enhanced my ability to provide an effective support. So thanks to Glean, one of the students I work with was able to succeed in the current courses and also achieve goals that may not have been possible with this kind of support.
