What key challenges did you need help with before you started using Genio?
Ryan Borinski: Hello, my name is Ryan Borinski. I'm a student at the County College of Morris. I'm studying engineering with a double major with music,
Ryan Borinski: So, before I started using Genio, I only started using the software about 6 months ago, or the first couple weeks of the spring semester for 2025, I really struggled academically with note taking, organizational skills, and exam preparation. So having really good notes to look back on and recordings from lectures and transcripts really helped build a good foundation to take notes off, and study for exams, and really helped me this semester.
How has Genio helped you with those challenges and impacted your learning experience?
Ryan Borinski: So, before I started using the program software, I was really terrible, and I didn't really have a good plan for studying, going to tests or exams. I just kind of go off the notes I took in class on any handouts from class and hope for the best, but with Genio, that really made me think differently about how I take notes, just having a reference to go back on for lectures or, any kind of notes. It gave me something that was better organized that I could read off of and prepare actual study guides. So my grades, I passed all my classes this semester, which is, you know, the first semester I can say that. Thank you to Genio, and uh it's definitely helped with my work life balance, my stress, just everything.
