What key challenges did you need help with before you started using Genio?
Rowan Fox: Hi, I'm Rowan. My biggest challenge has been just being able to take notes and pay attention to class. I tend to end up with a lot of jumbled notes that don't make any sense, and I miss a lot.
How has Genio helped you with those challenges and impacted your learning experience?
Rowan Fox: Genio has made it a lot easier for me to get the notes that I need with the closed captioning feature, or being able to go over the transcription later to add those notes in. I'm guaranteed that I haven't missed anything in class, and it's been super helpful. I've been able to get all the information that I need into my notes and makes it easier to study it all later.
