What key challenges did you need help with before you started using Genio?
Kelsey Rothwell: Hi, my name is Kelsey. I'm a medical lab science student at the VCU College of Health Professions, and I've been using Genio for about a year now and I've loved it the whole time. Before I started using Genio, I'd already been accessing academic accommodations, but I needed something more really to help with my auditory processing issues and brain fog.
How has Genio helped you with those challenges and impacted your learning experience?
Kelsey Rothwell: Since gaining access to Genio as an academic accommodation, I've found that I can experience lectures in real time now. Instead of sitting and worrying about missing something professor said because of my auditory processing issues and brain fog. I've really just been able to focus on actually learning.
