What key challenges did you need help with before you started using Genio?
Jason Lam: Hi, my name is Jason Lam, and I attend City College of San Francisco, and I've only been using Genio for about 2 months, but it's helped me enormously because I have a mental disability of schizophrenia. Pretty much I see and hear things that aren't there and it can really be difficult to write down notes or even just understand information. Because I'm on medication that, that fogs my brain and Genio basically makes it so that I can record the session, break down information that I think I need, and succeed in school. How has Genio helped you with those challenges and impacted your learning experience?
Jason Lam: Hi, again I'm also a single father of a 10 year old, and it's difficult for me to process a lot of information because of schizophrenia and to have Genio, it gives me a chance to spend more time with my family, being a single father, it's necessary. And also because I, because of schizophrenia, it's very difficult for me to to break down information or comprehend everything because of the medication I'm taking. I'm currently on 3 different types of medications and it makes my mind foggy and it's hard for me to understand and process information, so by having Genio I can record and look over everything multiple times if necessary for me to succeed in school.
