What key challenges did you need help with before you started using Genio?
Allan "A4": Hi, my name is A4. I'm a grad student at SUNY Brockport. And I've been using this app for a year now. Before this app, one of my biggest challenges was understanding and remembering everything said in lectures or meetings. As someone with a learning disability, I have often needed things repeated or written out to fully process them. I also needed extra academic support in managing my time and workload as a full-time student with accommodations.
How has Genio helped you with those challenges and impacted your learning experience?
Allan "A4": Genio has honestly made a huge difference in my learning. It takes what's said and turns it into written notes I can actually follow, which has helped me stay focused and cut down on the stress of trying to remember everything. My confidence has grown because I'm no longer worried I'll miss something important. It's also saved me a lot of time organizing notes, which has helped me keep a better balance between school and life.
