Why do you come to the ALA Conference?
Gabriel Trinidad: I come to conference because it's one of the few times that I can be with my peers on a 1 to 1 outside of the work environment and be able to share personal stories, be able to relate to my peers and I find that to be the whole networking social part of it, what I enjoy the most.
Tell a story from a previous conference.
Gabriel Trinidad: I always knew who my competition was, but convention allowed me to know who they actually were, being able to spend time with them, one on one, was really kind of neat because after ALA convention was over, I was able to go back home and it turned out that ever since then we're now friendly competitors because convention gave me the opportunity to know who they were. That's why I enjoy our convention so much.
