What were you hoping to improve or resolve through coaching?
Krista McNamara, K.Mac Design, LLC: I wanted to work with Maria because I was experiencing shyness um And I've always been shy um to some degree and as a business owner um with things like leading client meetings and giving 62nd networking presentations that was caught, that shyness was causing some stress. Um so I was hoping to work with Maria to learn to mitigate that stress and feel more comfortable in my own skin in those sorts of situations.
What did you like best about the coaching experience through Future Reach Coaching, LLC?
Krista McNamara, K.Mac Design, LLC: Maria is a really excellent listener and she's also really good at simultaneously making you feel at ease and not feel um bad about your weaknesses because we all have weaknesses. Um She does a really good job of helping you to look at those things objectively and um to recommend and help you think of things in a different way and recommend tools to kind of help you grow in different areas, but also doing that in a very gentle way that feels understanding um but also feels direct. You know, she's Maria will be honest with you about what she kind of sees as you talk with her.
Can you share specific results that you have had working with Maria as your coach?
Krista McNamara, K.Mac Design, LLC: so working with Maria, I actually no longer um I hardly ever experienced Dinos as I'm going about day to day things in my business. Um She gave me some great tools for um dealing with that shyness as I lead client meetings and as I present in networking situations um present in other sorts of speaking situations. And yeah it's been really remarkable. It's made all the difference in my day to day enjoyment of the work that I'm doing because as a designer I love the design part of the job and now I also feel comfortable in the um in the meetings and in the presentations and that sort of a thing. Um Yeah, really remarkable. I like I said I've been shy all my life and um Maria really helped me to give me tools to um to still be authentic but also to not let that shyness cause me that stress that it has in the past.
