Why do you think it is important to shine the light on Women in SaaS?
Minna Vaisanen: I think there have been a number of years where we talked about diversity, inclusion and it's been on the table, but still we're not really seeing the growth in female leadership. The numbers at C-level are still not of equal balance. I think it's really important to keep shining the light, and empower women through different discussions and topics at these conferences.
Which other sessions are you looking forward to watching at the Women in SaaS Summit?
Minna Vaisanen: There is another panel discussion called The importance of female leadership teams in SaaS. This relates to what I mentioned in the previous question. I think it's really important that we talk about what that looks like. I'm really looking forward to that discussion, and I'm sure there will be lots of nuggets of good information there.
