Hi, I'm Cathy Doucette. I'm the CFO and Coo at Proposify. We are a SaaS based business providing a leading proposal, software tool for sales teams. My background is in finance and operations so it should come as no surprise that I am a staunch advocate when it comes to metrics and database decision making. So I really look forward to discussing that with you at the summit.

Kathy: I'll be speaking in particular about data overwhelm. So often today, founders and entrepreneurs, they're faced with the sheer volume of data that's available to them. There's so much metrics that are just so readily available at your fingertips. It can be difficult to know what's really important and where to focus. So I'll be giving you some tips and tricks on how to sift through all that data and how to focus on what really matters for the success of your business.

Kathy: The key is to focus on metrics that provide action insights and that aligns with your business strategy and your goals. And you want to avoid those vanity metrics that may appear impressive and make you feel good in the moment, but really have no real substance or any real actual insights into the success and sustainability of your business.
