How would you describe your overall experience working with us, and what stood out the most?
Alan Rudy: Good morning. My name is Alan Rudy and I'm the CEO of the CPAP box. We've been working with Vishal and his group for, gosh, almost 2 years. Um, it, it's been great to work with him. The, the best thing I like is that I can get on a Zoom with him, uh, work through. Something specifically showing him exactly what we're trying to do um and he's got a good understanding of of exactly how to make that happen. He's also very good at letting me know options of uh add-ons or other software we can do that can accomplish the same thing um and, and most importantly, he takes what we're trying to do in a real world setting and makes it happen on our website.
Why would you recommend Magento360 to other online retailers?
Alan Rudy: I would recommend Magenta 360 and Vihall to other online retailers for two reasons. One, things happen, um, things break, things change, um, you, you, you may have somebody trying to get into your site, uh, and Vishal is very, uh, responsive. Um, I, I can reach out to him, uh, via Slack, and I get a response right away most of the time, and he will, he will be on it right away. The second reason is because he understands he can get on uh on a call with me and I can talk through what we're trying to do and he can translate that into uh technical specifics so that his team can then program what I'm asking to do. So I appreciate that that I can have sort of a real world conversation with Magenta 360 and they can turn it into the technology that I need to make my website work great.
