A brief introduction of yourself & your company?
Team Saltify: Hi, my company is Salt and we recently used for, to do some regulatory assessments for Singapore and the health and the food market. Um, the team was very responsive. They really, very quickly got to an answer that we needed, uh, gave us, I think what seems to be the right answer and they were knowledgeable, uh, quick and in general, very good service. Um, really from kicking off to getting everything we needed was probably a two week period approximately in general. Uh, we're very happy with the service and we will definitely use fair again for our regulatory needs. Thank you.
How long have you / your organization been engaged with Freyr?
Team Saltify: We've been engaged with Fair for the next the last couple of months. Um and the whole engagement lasted about a month total between explaining our process and then getting a quotation and doing the work and doing uh an additional check at the end.
Can you describe the projects that involved Freyr's assistance and the specific solutions you used?"
Team Saltify: We needed some help in understanding how to classify our product, either as a supplement or as food. And we really use the data to go towards what we wanted, which was a supplement classification, um which is what our product is. Uh We were just being uh getting some data that showed that we might go to food. Uh but Frey was very clear on what was being missed and what we needed to do to meet the local regulations for supplements.
Can you discuss the overall impact and business successes realized in your organization due to Freyr’s collaboration?
Team Saltify: Now, the fair assessment allowed us to launch in a more safe way in a more, you know, with more security understanding what the risks were. Uh And also, you know, now we have a proper assessment of, of our product that helps us check claims and everything. So it's just increase the security of our launch and ensuring that we are not very exposed to risk.
Can you share any feedback/areas of improvement for us?
Team Saltify: In general, the team was knowledgeable and good. I don't have any, any further feedback to give or, you know, changes or anything like that. But my experience so far for one project we've done has been very, very good. Thank you.
