What is your name and how long have you worked with FreightSmith? Como te llamas y cuanto tiempo llevas trabajando en FreightSmith?

Yocelyn "Yozzy" Gomez: Hello, my name is Yasi Gomez Garcia. I have been working with Universal Chain for a little bit over a year now.

In your job, how do you support drivers? En tu trabajo como ayudas a los choferes?

Yocelyn "Yozzy" Gomez: In my role. I initially welcome drivers as they arrive on the warehouse. I assist the remote driver check in. I make sure that drivers have made it over to the door docks. I provide both inbound and outbound calls to ensure drivers um collect any lump or fee payment. A driver may have for the day of I help troubleshoot anything in between from the driver's experience, time spent there at the warehouse. And lastly, but not least, I make sure to ensure the best customer service for our drivers on a day to day operations.

What is your favorite part of working with drivers? And how has that made your job better? Que es lo que mas disfrutas de trabajar con los

Yocelyn "Yozzy" Gomez: I really enjoy working with drivers because not every shift for me is the same. I have the opportunity to connect with different people from all over the States. Um A lot of the drivers are from different countries. So I really enjoy the diversity of the on the road job experience from them on their end. And maybe being able to check drivers in just from a comfort of one specific location, but still be able to connect with drivers that come from different many places and being able to hear. Sometimes some of the stories that they share of just being on the road all the time is something that's very unique that I really appreciate and don't take for granted. Um, so I really enjoy that part of working with drivers and just that part of my job specifically.
