How did you become a caregiver?
Hi, my name is Alyssa and I became a caretaker because a few years back, I used to be a dog walker and I always used to come to this one older woman's house and help her walk her dog because she couldn't do it anymore. But once her dog unfortunately passed away, she kept asking me to come back to her house and just for, to be her caretaker and keep her company. I helped her shower, get dressed, made her meals because as she got older, she wasn't able to do any of the same stuff anymore. But that is how I became a caretaker and it was the best thing that could have happened to me because being a caretaker is a great job and it really shows how much you can really help someone.
