How did you become a caregiver?
Latoya Coffer: So my mother and I heard about freedom care a while ago and she decided to ask me, was it ok if I became a caregiver? And that's how my time with freedom care has started.
What does it mean to you to be a Caregiver?
Latoya Coffer: So what does it mean to be a caregiver to me, caregiving is caring for the one that you love, whether if it's a friend, whether if it's a family member. So to me is loving my mother unconditionally, she gave her life for everyone and now is my time to give my life to her by care giving for her. Um I also have Children that can help as well. However, my mother entrusted me as her caregiver to make sure that she is well taken care of whether she's feeling good or not. I am still here to make sure that my mother will continue to keep going on it. And I don't care for her.
