What about GLO30 caught your attention?

David Wood: OK. What caught my attention with GLO30 is that first of all, it's a franchise system that's looking for multi unit operators that want to scale a business. Number two, I'd say it was a unique quality of finding a customized skin care service. that's designed to meet the individual's needs as opposed to, you know, more common standard practice type of situation. So it's unique customized for the individual. The leadership team, I thought was awesome. They produce a very good track record of their store openings thus far and I think they have a long runway, the third factor. I like to work with brands that are lifestyle type models, absentee type, semi passive ownership type structures with strong economics and this one had recurring revenue. So I, you know, feel very confident about the ability to produce a very attractive situation for owners.

Think back just after discovery day…how did your client feel about GLO30?

David Wood: Thinking back just after Discovery Day, how did my client feel they wanted to be a part of the system? They're very impressed with the Discovery Day with Dan Rowe and the GLO30 executive team. So I felt very, very good about it and felt like things were set up for success to move forward with a multi unit placement.

How was your experience with Fransmart?

David Wood: My experience with Fransmart uh was awesome. Dan Rowe and his team communicated very well and effectively and timely that was very, very good and appreciated with all. And the Discovery Day was connected, set up for success very, very well. My client had a very good understanding of the organization, the support structure, the team members, the economics. So that was very, very positive and successfully done. So my experience is very, very good.

How confident are you referring other clients to GLO30 and Fransmart? Why?

David Wood: Yeah, my confidence in referring other clients to GLO30, Fransmart, I'm very confident. The first placement that I did worked very, very well. From in terms of the client communication, helping them learn the business model, the economics, the operations, the support structure, the leadership work very well. It's very well put together Discovery Day. So I'm very confident in referring to the clients, especially in the communication. I've never had any hesitation in communicating as needed with the the Fransmart team.

How fast did Fransmart pay? Were there any issues with payments?

David Wood: How fast does Fransmart pay my placement fee? That's one of the most, fun things in working with Fransmart is I was paid either same day or within 24 hours. So extremely fast. I don't remember ever being paid that quickly and I've been in the business for nine years. So big. Plus.
