What was your time working at Fransmart like?
Paul T Tran: My time at Fransmart was probably the most transformative part of my career. I worked there for 10 years and got a chance to work under one of the greatest franchise development leaders in the space, Dan Rowe. And also I learned so much about sales about franchising, about how to operate storess. And what was cool is that I got to make direct impact on, on the restaurants that I got to, to help grow. I get to grow them from, you know, tiny 1 to 4 unit concepts, mom and pop concepts that were just local to seeing them grow overseas to going public, to getting acquired and hitting so many different milestones and also changing people's lives along the way, allowing people to get into entrepreneurship. I learned so much and I got to see so much, life changing moments in people's lives. So it was, it was very rewarding on, on so many different levels. I also got to meet great people. I got to of course, got to build my wealth there. And um yeah, I loved it.
