As a franchisee, what’s it like working with Fransmart as your franchise development company?
Paul T Tran: As a franchisee of one of Fransmart's brands, I feel a sense of security because, you know, working with Fransmart, for 10 years, I got to see how aggressive the company is about making sure the (franchise) brand grows, has every possible chance of success. And of course, they have a vested interest in making sure I'm successful. because at the end of the day you know, you can market the brand as much as you can as much as you want and that does definitely does take you quite far. what will continue, you know, the health of of a franchise brand is how happy the franchisees are and how profitable they are and how they are willing to continue growing the brand themselves. So, I feel like the interests are aligned. and yeah, not only that, I know Fransmart is focused on brands at the very early stage of their growth, which is pretty exciting and also there's a sense of safety there because you know, that's where all the growth and all the potential profitability is more disproportionate than if you are a more mature brand and more, you know, when you're a mature brand, you're a lot more expensive.
