What's your advice to someone considering an apprenticeship with Franklin?
Lamarcus J.: I know that especially our society we think of, there's only one way of getting to the finish line, but there are so many ways, so many routes you can take and Franklin is definitely one of those those paths you can take. So I say definitely go for it, you can get the experience that you need to see if the career for you. And it just may be - you fall in love just like I did with your career, so you have nothing to lose.
