Suzy Riggle: Hi, my name is Suzy Riggle. I am a Professional Success Coach here with Franklin Apprenticeships. I joined the team in August of 2021. Prior to that, I spent my career in the field of education.
Suzy is motivated by her apprentices every day.
Suzy Riggle: I love seeing how much they grow from day one to day 365 of this apprenticeship, and just how much they learn in the year that they're with us. It's really remarkable to see the progress that they make and really what keeps me motivated is their excitement.

Suzy Riggle: I work with one organization in particular, who is always telling me how happy they are to have an apprentice on board in their case a lot of their team members are retiring in a few years, so they're in the position where they need to replace a lot of those team members soon and they are so excited to have an apprentice on board.

Suzy Riggle: My advice to them would be go for it. What do you have to lose? Really, It's been a great opportunity for so many people. It's been a great way to get their foot in the door, get some training and really kick start their career.

Suzy Riggle: You won't regret it. The apprentices I work with are such great employees because they are so excited to be working and their dream career, they're so motivated and so hardworking and just so happy to be learning on the job.
