Kim Nichols: Hi, I'm Kim Nichols, CEO of Franklin Apprenticeships and I'm so excited about the meaningful work Franklin is doing. We really are unlocking the potential of the American workforce, and we're doing it every day in two ways: We're helping employers to fill mission critical tech roles. And we're giving individuals from all walks of life - many with no college degree or tech experience - a path to a new tech career.

Kim Nichols: The best part of my job is seeing the outcomes of all of our hard work, seeing individuals be successful in careers they never thought possible, and that is resulting in the changing of family trees.
