Speaker: Alison Chapman, Professional Success Coach

Meet Alison.

Alison Chapman: Hi, my name is Alison Chapman. I'm one of the Professional Success Coaches here at Franklin Apprenticeships. I come from a background of non-profit and social services work for the past 10+ years, and it's really kind of what led me here to Franklin to be a Success Coach. It's really my passion to help people reach their goals and just the joy I get in seeing people succeed and reaching the finish line for whatever they've set out to do.

What's the best part of your job? And what motivates you?

Alison Chapman: The best part of my job would certainly have to be the different people that I get to interact with on a daily basis. Individuals from all walks of life and all different backgrounds, and getting to hear their story and what led them here to Franklin. I think that's really what motivates me and excites me.

As a Success Coach, Alison has been part of the amazing journey of unlocking apprentices' potential.

Alison Chapman: We've seen, you know, firsthand, as professional success coaches, the amount of success that comes out of this program. I worked with an apprentice recently who each week would tell me, "I'm still pinching myself." "I can't believe this is real." "I can't believe I have this opportunity."

What would you say to someone considering a Franklin apprenticeship?

Alison Chapman: Go for it. You know, there's no risk involved with this this program. You can only come out better on the other side and you're going to, you know, finish this program with a skill set and knowledge that you didn't have when you started.

What would you say to an employer considering a Franklin apprenticeship program?

Alison Chapman: I think that the success of the program really speaks for itself, and I feel that very confidently any business that is currently partnered with us would would be very happy with the success and with the individuals that they've gained as employees with their company. I think through an apprenticeship program, you're getting an individual who is bringing a different skill set. And I think that they are very motivated individuals who are enthusiastic about learning and progressing professionally and individually.
