Introducing Cable Rose

Cable Rose: Hello, My name is Cable Rose. Before my Franklin Apprenticeship here as a Success Coach, I spent 21 years in the United States Air Force. I was both in telephony and I.T. As well as, I did six years as a professional military educator at the Non-commissioned Officer Academy, so I got some years of experience there.

As a Success Coach, he helps apprentices succeed

Cable Rose: What is it like to be a Success Coach with Franklin? It's really interesting. I get to spend every week meeting with our apprentices or their leadership and management. I spend day to day asking the question, "What can I do for you?" The biggest part of what I want to do as a Success Coach is make an impact into their journey, into their travels, just along their apprenticeship. But at the same time I want to make sure that they are getting the best out of this program that they can.

And the best part is...

Cable Rose: The best part of my job is every time I get to click that connection there and we meet face to face with my apprentice, getting to see what they're into everyday, hearing how they're successful, hearing some of their maybe their challenges. But every time I get to click and connect and make that face to face connection, it's the best part of my day because I know where they stand and I know how they're doing.
