Hello. Foundation Academy family. It's your CEO here. Sheria McRae coming to you with our first CEO monthly video, I'm just really excited to kick off our monthly videos as a means to connect us as a community through visual communication. And so in this video I just want to show my gratitude for how our community has really embraced what it means to be a community -- from engaging in community building activities together through art, through competitiveness, building towers out of marshmallows and spaghetti. And even working together, seeing staff members work together to create visually appealing and engaging classrooms for our scholars. It really warms my heart to see us going about this work together and so I just want everyone to remember that how we start the year sets the tone for the rest of the year. No one expects you to go about delivering on Our Promise alone. You have a team, trust yourself, trust your team, and together we will fulfill Our Promise to equip our scholars to excel in learning and empower them to lead purpose filled lives. I'm so grateful to be working alongside each of you and I look forward to a successful school year. I'll see you soon!
