Where all the ladies in the place with Style and Grace? March is Women's History Month and I am dedicating the CEO video message to all of our phenomenal women at Foundation Academy. On March 31st, I will have the privilege of being honored by the Y W C A of Princeton and receiving a Tribute to Women award. I will be accepting that award on your behalf -- for all of the women who uplift me with a smile, a kind word, who take the time to laugh with me, make sure I have a snack, ask me how I'm doing, watch my first grader while I'm in a meeting -- or pray for me. The things that may seem little; please know they make a big difference. See, that's what women do. We hold each other up. And for that, and for each of you, I am forever grateful. Women are nurturers and caretakers. Sometimes feeling as if the weight of the world is on our shoulders. But remember, no one carries that alone. At F A, we are community and we share challenges, and we share joy. Today, I honor you. I honor myself, and I honor our FA community. Remember to breathe.
