What was your life and stress level like before Caregiver Mastery?
Hi, I'm Jobina Fishman. And I want to tell the world how incredible Rick's Caregiving Mastery Program is. It helped me eliminate my stress, anger and guilt. This program has been such an eye opener for me. Before delving into the Caregiver Mastery I was enveloped with such negative feelings from dealing with my husband's Alzheimer's and cancer. I let my emotions control me and ended up getting very sick because of it. By using the principles of this course, I learned to let go of the negative feelings that I had. Even the little things I tried helped me feel better. There even is a module on creating positive memories. I use that so when I was feeling down or depressed, I would remember little things that made me happy for my husband and myself. Little things like he, when I'm driving, he would lift my hand up and kiss my hand. So when I was feeling down and depressed because of the Alzheimer's was taking him away from me. Remembering that made me feel better. A friend of mine at work said it looks so nice to have me smile, a smile on my face all the time now. I realized that I am feeling better and I was feeling better through this whole program. I'm not carrying all of this on my shoulders every minute of my day, My sister saw a positive change in my attitude as well. I explained about the Caregiver Mastery Program and how my mind and my body were at peace. So, I left all the frustrations and anger when I dealt with my husband, I left it there. And when I wasn't with him, I was able to let go and feel better and be in the place that I was at that moment. The whole concept of mindset helped me tremendously because I was in the moment not carrying everything from the past and thinking about it all the time. So Rick, I want to say thank you, thank you so much for creating the program. Thank you very much for helping me relieve my stress, anger and guilt.
